You can custom-build your own tech stack to be able to reach people faster and you can plug high-level CRM with it, as well as white-label solutions that you can use Twilio with.” -Jake“It really depends on the workflow. Telesales to me could be B2B or B2C and depending on what the current tech stack looks like, do you need a Salesforce integration or Hubspot integration or whatever you have now that is working and what do you need to add to that to help convert leads faster. I know a lot who like Connect and Sell as software.” -Jake“Sure there are ‘dialing for dollars’ practices but the reality is, there are also those that are ‘dialing for dialogue’ and looking to be of service and not to sell. It is compassion before the commission. We talk a lot about AI and tech stack which is great but there’s nothing like real, human interaction with someone that is empathetic.” -Jake“Connection is currency but the reality is, a lot of people have that challenge of connecting with themselves’ first. It takes time to develop as a sales professional.” -Jake “This is the issue. Many people have been trained in this old school medium of BANT (Budget Authority Need Timeline). The real and true sales professional understands that ‘If I can find the need, I can find everything else.” -Jake
